TRADE ALERT - Core Portfolio March 2025
We recently sold our position in Farmland Partners (FPI) because it significantly outperformed the rest of the REIT sector and offered lower upside going forward.
We remain bullish, but it isn't the best use of our capital anymore.
Its discount to NAV has compressed significantly, and there are other REITs trading at much lower valuations despite enjoying better long-term growth prospects.
This brings us to today's opportunity:
Kite Realty Group (KRG).
