I finally have a new investment opportunity to present to you for our Core Portfolio.
I often feel pressured to find new ideas to keep this exciting and less repetitive, but the reality is that good opportunities rarely come along and finding them takes a lot of work.
I am analyzing new companies nearly every day, but most of them never make it to High Yield Landlord.
For us to justify investing in a new company, it must be either more attractive than what we currently own or provide additional diversification to our portfolio to lower its risk.
That's a tall ask when many of our portfolio holdings like Rexford Industrial Realty (REXR) are heavily discounted even despite owning Class A assets with great long-term growth prospects, having a rock-solid balance sheet, and an amazing track record.
But we have finally found one such opportunity.
