Top 5 Picks For 2025 - Part 1
It has been a while since we have done a series on our top picks and as we approach the end of the year, we felt that now would be a good time. Over the coming weeks, we will share our Top 5 Picks for 2025 in a series of 5 articles.
As a reminder, our last Top Picks series highlighted NRR.UN, CPT, EPR, WPC, and RICK. Since then, NRR.UN has nearly doubled in less than one year and we have downgraded it to a Buy rating. It is not one of our Top Picks anymore. CPT has also earned a ~30% in just 8 months and it wouldn't make this list anymore. EPR and WPC have not moved by much and they remains some of my favorite REITs to buy, but I also wouldn't include them because one of their close peers has become even more attractive (Stay tuned for Part 2). RICK has dropped further and remains one of our Top Picks. It will likely be highlighted later in this series.
